The ocean view from my room was stunning, but the pool water was too hot.

Stayed in the Deluxe King Room for a night. The hotel looked gorgeous and was modern, but the service fell short at times. Staff were friendly, yet seemed untrained. could use some direction. a nice stay but with room for improvement!

The internet access was cumbersome. becoming a member of the Accor loyalty program just to get Wi-Fi felt intrusive, especially since it required personal data like email and password. on a couple of days, the hotel was overtaken by large groups, making it impossible to find a quiet moment by the pool or beach as they engaged in team-building activities that blasted through microphones. The hotel's 'Dip & Dine' package seemed to attract local crowds, turning the pool area into a chaotic environment filled with noisy kids—great for families, but not ideal seeking tranquility. Such disruptions undermine the atmosphere you'd expect from a resort of this caliber.

Woke up every day to stunning views and an epic brekkie spread! Big ups to the staff, especially our chommie Satria who sorted us out by the pool while we were lounging like king and queen. Got a lekker pool vibe going on, just what we needed!

Only downside was the occasional roar of the racers nearby—bit of a jol if you're after peace and quiet at times!

Absolutely loved chilling by the poolside snack bar with tasty bites and sippin' on drinks! Staff was suuuper friendly, especially the guy at the bar who remembered my fave cocktails. Room was comfy, but the internet was kinda spotty, which made it hard to stream stuff. Still, the views from my balcony were a total win!
